Clean Air - Clean Sleep Service (Hypoallergenic rooms)
The Concept
We are offering a system that will enable Hotel Operators to increase the revenue from their rooms at a time when room rates are falling.
What’s involved?
Select 10 rooms in your property. Replace standard bedding with Hypoallergenic covers and pillows. Install one of our Daikin Air Purifiers in the room. We will use our powerful machines to deep clean the mattress, curtains, carpet, and soft furnishings in the room. If the room has air conditioning we will insert a Hypoallergenic cleaning block into the drain pan of the unit and deep clean the filter system. Your cleaning staff should only use micro fibre cloths to clean the room daily and not use environmentally harmful products including some polishes and bathroom cleaners. Each month Cleanair will clean the mattress and soft furnishings in the room and certify that the room has been Hypoallergenically Treated.
What are the Benefits?
For each of these rooms you will be able to charge between €15 & €25 per room per night. Fill out the details for your hotel on the attached spreadsheet to see the payback time and costs of the concept. The hotel guests get the benefit of improved comfort, relief from their allergy symptoms. Each Air Purifier will be fitted with a Carbon Monoxide Alarm as an additional peace of mind for the guests. Who else has tried this?
At present this concept is spreading rapidly across the USA with groups such as Hyatt commissioning in excess of 1500 rooms and charging between $20 and $30 per night extra.
Be among the first.
At present there are a number of Hotel Groups in Ireland that have taken small steps toward this concept but they normally involve just Hypoallergenic bedding only. We believe that the Marketing advantage that this concept produces will enable hotels to gradually convert their room stock over from the profits gained.
